This is our brand new 'Breathe In For Now' t-shirt. Included is a set of four postcards, each with a different illustration influenced by some of our newer lyrics. Both the t-shirts and the postcards have been wonderfully designed by the extremely talented Jack Patterson.
The lyric primarily references issues with body confidence. Something that thousands of people suffer with on a daily basis. It's about people alienating other people's bodies, and normalising the toxic imagery of social media and the need to be "skinny". Whilst the lyric fundamentally alludes to this, it also cites current, worldwide issues with anxiety and holding your ground through the most merciless and vicious parts of life.
